Baby Prep

We are almost completely ready for our sweet little miss to make her entrance! I am 36 weeks 4 days pregnant and finally got both our hospital bags packed. This is my first pregnancy that I've had since I've been involved with DōTerra so I've been thinking a lot about which oils I want to use during and after my labor. I'm excited to take a more natural approach to childbirth! Here's what I came up with! I have my travel size sample oil keychain filled with enough oil to get me through my hospital stay, a roller bottle filled with oils to intensify and progress contractions, a postpartum "owie spray" and a calendula geranium balm to help with nursing.

New Oil Display

I FINALLY got my oil holder hung in my house!! I needed something that would display my oils for easy access but also room to grow with all the fun make & take classes that we do. This one even leaves room for my DōTerra supplements and roller bottle blends. What do you think? How do you store and display your oils?

Zendocrine for Hormones

I'll be honest, I'm pretty excited about the Zendocrine Detox blend that I'm going to pick up tomorrow. After crying hysterically after teaching 5 year olds at church, I decided that I needed some hormone regulation in my life. I looked up hormone imbalances and this blend came up. The best part? It's completely safe for pregnancy!

Need to focus? Intune!

I am T-Minus 6 days until tax season is over!! While I LOVE taxes (we can talk about how nerdy I am later), the last week is always a struggle to stay on task and persevere. Today I'm using DōTerra InTune to keep me focused. I initially bought this to help keep Braxton on task, but found that it helps support every member of my family with sustaining focus, mental clarity, and paying more attention to detail.
